Executive Menopause Coach
"Sometimes the most important thing we can do is help a woman reconnect with the version of herself she thought she had lost."

I began my career as an Employment Lawyer in the City before moving into legal recruitment and, later, fashion and property management. I have volunteered as a Dresser and Interview Coach at Smart Works for many years.
Now turning 50, I draw on my own experience of perimenopause — brain fog, anxiety, muscle aches, eczema — to bring authenticity and compassion to my work. When I couldn't find the answers I needed, I qualified as an Executive Menopause Coach through Kathryn Colas Academy.
I now work with businesses to create workplaces where women can thrive through every stage of their careers — including midlife.
"I just felt unlike myself. And because many menopause symptoms are invisible, it quietly affects confidence in ways other people simply can't see."
What I Offer
Practical, engaging and evidence-led — designed to help businesses support their people and protect their most experienced talent.
Engaging, informative presentations for teams, leadership groups and whole organisations. Covering the stages of menopause, the physical and cognitive impact, and what compassionate, practical support looks like in practice. Tailored to your audience — from senior executives to frontline teams.
Working with HR teams and line managers to identify and implement reasonable adjustments for employees experiencing menopause symptoms. Covering flexible working, temperature and environment, uniform flexibility, quiet spaces and regular check-ins — grounded in obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
Supporting organisations to create or review a Menopause Policy that is meaningful, not just a box-ticking exercise. Helping businesses articulate their commitment clearly, equip managers with the language and confidence to have supportive conversations, and retain the talented women they cannot afford to lose.
